Absolutely! The Bartlett offers a 4,000 square foot, fully equipped 24/7 fitness center with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment, including free weights, a leg press, a lat bar, a cable crossover machine, a dip station, a squat rack, two Precor recumbent bikes, three Precor upright bikes, two Concept rowing machines, eight Precor treadmills, five Precor ellipticals, three Precor Stair-Climbers, one Stair-Master, and extra space for classes. Many residents find our on-site facilities convenient and often choose to cancel off-site gym memberships.

Yes! Our property hosts quarterly events, where you will have the opportunity to connect with neighbors and engage with our broader community. Additionally, we also host an annual pool party celebration to kick off summer as well as a holiday gathering in December.

The Bartlett is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 534 – 1,575+ square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Efficiency to 3-bedroom apartments. Our floor plans range from 9’ to 14’ high with select apartments featuring private balconies, deep-soaking tubs, and over-sized closets.

An Ori apartment is a smart, space-efficient home featuring movable furniture systems designed by Ori (an MIT spinout). At the touch of a button, you can reconfigure your living space, creating a fully furnished home office. Application Process

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
