The Bartlett is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 534 – 1,575+ square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Efficiency to 3-bedroom apartments. Our floor plans range from 9’ to 14’ high with select apartments featuring private balconies, deep-soaking tubs, and over-sized closets.

An Ori apartment is a smart, space-efficient home featuring movable furniture systems designed by Ori (an MIT spinout). At the touch of a button, you can reconfigure your living space, creating a fully furnished home office. Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
